This is the 2012 BFSU IP Moot Court Competition Organizing Committee.
Beijing Foreign Studies University, School of Law is proudly announcing that " The 2012 BFSU Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition " will be held on May 26 and 27 (Saturday and Sunday), 2012 on the BFSU campus. The Organizing Committee cordially invites you to take part in this high-level international event along with other participants from law schools, law firms, business entities, and international organizations.

As we have successfully done before, the Competition aims at promoting IP education, enhancing educational exchange among students and corporate personnel, and increasing awareness of cutting-edge issues of great interest both academically and socially.

This high-level Competition will be conducted, under the auspices of the Supreme People ' s Court, IP Division, by the panels of internationally renowned specialists, legal scholars and experienced judges, and is open to university students, corporate staff members and law practitioners. The Competition will be entirely in English, in respect of written briefs and oral arguments. The IP Problem is based on a fictional story litigated by fictitious parties over intellectual property disputes.

To join the Competition, please complete the attached Application Form and return it to us before March 30, 2012 . Each participating organization may form one team, comprising 2~4 members and a coach.
