杨华权，汉族，中共党员，北京大学法学博士（知识产权法方向），yl9193永利官网副教授、硕士生导师，北京知识产权法研究会副会长兼秘书长，曾任程序员、北京市政府公务员和北京市律师协会著作权法律专业委员会主任，2013年被北京市律师协会评为10名“北京市优秀知识产权律师”之一。2012年开始在yl9193永利官网任教，是国内寥若晨星的从优秀知识产权律师转为高校正式知识产权老师的学者之一。

Dr.Yang Huaquan got his Ph.D.degree in intellectual property law in 2012 from Peking University. He is currently an Associate Professor and a Supervisor of Postgraduate at the Law School of Beijing Institute of Technology （BIT）. He is also the Vice President and the Secretary General of Beijing Intellectual Property Law Society.He was ever a programmer，afterwards a public servant of  Beijing Municipal Government and the former Chairman of Copyright Law Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association. For his achievements, he was rated as a Top Ten Excellent IP Lawyers by the said Association in 2013. Since 2012 he has been a teacher at BIT Law School which was regarded as a brilliant but very few turn from an excellent lawyer in his career.
