2016.9—2021.11，在中国科学院科技战略咨询研究院从事智库研究工作,任清华大学中国企业成长与经济安全研究中心兼职研究员，研究方向包括科技创新、知识产权政策和法律。在此期间，主笔撰写的研究报告被收录至《国家高端智库报告》、《求是·内参》等顶级智库刊物，其中多份获得省部级及以上领导人批示。

Ⅰ.Basic Information

Liu Ying is an Assistant Professor and Master supervisor at School of Law, Beijing Institute of Technology. She obtained her Doctor of Law degree from Hokkaido University in Japan. She was selected by the Young Talent Program of Science and Technology Think Tank in 2022 and the winner of National Outstanding Self-Funded International Students in 2015.

Research Experience

1. 2021.12 to Present, Assistant Professor at School of Law in Beijing Institute of Technology;

2. 2016.9—2021.11, Engaged in Think Tank and Intellectual Property research at the Institute of Science and Development, in the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and also worked as the part-time researcher at the Research Center of Chinese Enterprise Growth and Economic Security in Tsinghua University. Her research focused on the scientific and technological innovation, and intellectual property policy and law. During this period, multiple research reports as the chief author were incorporated in Top Think Tank Publications such as "National High-End Think Tank Report" and "Seeking Truth Internal Reference", and many reports were approved and noted by the Leaders of the provincial and ministerial level and above.
